How do I look up an issuer's compliance status?
Create a free account, then use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search by company name or CIK number. The free plan lets you see basic compliance status. Upgrade to Pro for full reports, filing history, and PDF downloads.
I'm a funding portal — how do I get free access?
Register using your work email at a FINRA-registered funding portal or broker-dealer. We'll detect your domain and, after you verify your email, automatically upgrade your account to full portal access at no cost. Your email domain must match one listed on FINRA's Portals We Regulate page.
What does the CCLEAR Filing Status Badge do?
The Filing Status Badge is an embeddable seal you can place on your website indicating that your company's Reg CF annual reports appear to be filed based on available EDGAR data. It links to a public verification page where visitors can view your filing status. The badge costs $19/year and is available to issuers whose filings appear current. It does not constitute a legal certification or SEC/FINRA endorsement.
My company shows as non-compliant but I think that's wrong. What do I do?
Compliance status is determined by cross-referencing SEC EDGAR filings with CCLEAR's crowdfunding data. If you believe there's an error, it's possible a filing hasn't been indexed yet or there's a data mismatch. Contact us using the form above with your company name and CIK, and we'll investigate.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Email us at support@theccagroup.com and we'll cancel your subscription right away. You'll retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, go to the login page and try to sign in — you'll see an option to resend the verification email. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we can help.
